Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy did not hold back his thoughts about Bill Belichick’s viral interview with “CBS Sunday morning.”
Portnoy said he has a weekly routine on Sunday morning as he has some coffee and watches the program. But his skin began to crawl when he saw the Belichick interview, which had a very awkward moment when his relationship with the 24-year-old Jordon Hudson, who was in the background of the interview, was brought up.
“It’s a good show. The opposite of controversial,” he said. “So imagine my surprise this morning when they had the most awkward Bill Belichick interview I have ever seen. As if I was twisting in my seat.”

The controversy behind the interview was a question of how Belichick and Hudson met, who have always been her who went up to the NFL coaching legend and asked him to sign her textbook on a flight.
But this time, Hudson appeared aggressive as she dismissed the subject and created an awkward tension between the three in the room.

Portnoy continued the conversation on his “Barstool Rundown” podcast, where he also brought the viral Halloween photos of the couple, who were also posted on social media.
“I don’t know if he knew anyone else saw these photos,” Portnoy said of the pictures of Belichick dressed as a fisherman and Hudson as a mermaid. “I literally swirled. Then it got crazy viral. People say he’s like being held hostage. I don’t think he still knows what social media is and that these photos are out there.”
As Boston Sports fan, Portnoy knows the usual Belichick in front of the camera: Stoic, Stump, Standoffish. But what he saw on Sunday morning was someone else in his eyes.

“He has been a guy who has never been interested in what anyone has thought,” Portnoy said of Belichick. “But I have never seen him apparently stunned in an interview, like ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe you asked it.’ I just never seen it.
At the time of Hudson, Portnoy believes she got the wrong idea of the question from the interviewer because CBS on Sunday morning is usually a positive perspective.
“They should never be an ounce of [anything negative]That’s why I was stunned. “
As Belichick begins his first ever college-coaching concert at North Carolina, his relationship with Hudson has been on full view. She has been looked at practice, events and more by his side.

Hudson brushed the criticism she was facing after closing the question, saying there was “nothing awkward about it” in an X -post.
“Imagine a private person who wants to keep their private lives privately. Shocking,” she added.
