Colorado Buffaloe’s main coach Deion Sanders expressed concern that he may be dealing with more blood clots as he was seen sitting at times during the team’s loss to TCU on Saturday.
Sanders underwent treatment for bladder cancer during the high season. It was also revealed that a section of his gut was reconstructed to act as a bladder. He promised to continue coaching with a portable toilet on the sidelines, in case he needed it.

He said after the game he “hurt as crazy.”
“Cat is out of the bag, okay. I think I’ve got more blood clots,” said Sanders. “It doesn’t make sense. I’m sorry as crazy. … I don’t get blood to my leg. That’s why my leg is beating.”
He said he had a medical appointment on Monday to tackle the problem.
“Sorry to get it out, but thanks for noticing,” he said after being asked about his health.

Sanders announced in July that he had bladder cancer and was healed for it.
Before the cancer diagnosis, Pro Football Hall of Famer fought with questions to his left foot. He had two toes that were amputated in 2021 due to blood problems while he was in Jackson State.
