Deion Sanders’ son compares himself when he discusses people who ‘always just try to ruin you’

The Sanders family is in football limelight and for very good reason.

Shedeur Sanders may well be the first choice in this year’s NFL draft, just as his father, Deion, has put the Colorado Football program on the card as the team’s head coach.

After a successful season, Deion’s name has been floated around the NFL rumor mill, maybe not coincidentally, as his son will go pro in about three months.

Shedeur’s brother, Shilo, is not as much touted as the others in his family, but he was still in the Senior Bowl this week to give scouts another look.

Well, practice did not go well for him as several video clips of him were beaten became viral.

Shilo was asked about these videos, and then he compared himself to President Donald Trump.

“If you just hate me or you will hate me.,” Said Sanders. “But it becomes aggravating when you work at work and you work on your craft and people are just ruining you.”

“I’m just interested in what the scouts think I’m interested in what Coach Prime is thinking and my family is thinking,” he added. “And I have a good circle around me, so I really don’t let those things affect me. It’s just really stupid how people always just try to ruin you and I don’t do anything bad for nobody”

The senior bowl itself was a better display for Shilo. Although his West team lost, 25-0, he ended with five tackles and a passport break.

Shilo joined the buffaloes with his father and brother who left Jackson State in the late 2022 season to go to Boulder. Shilo played in 10 games last season and recorded 67 tackles as a corner, the same position his father played during his Hall of Fame career.
