Director-General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry presented “undeniable” proof of Indian sponsored terrorism in Pakistan.
During a press conference in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, he said Indian Army officers are officers orchestrating cross -border terrorism in Pakistan and delivering explosives to target civil and security forces.
He further stated that India had not provided “a wealth of evidence” to support its accusations against Pakistan regarding the recent Pahagam attack. “Seven days have passed since the Pahagam incident, and so far India has not provided any evidence of its baseless claims,” added Chaudhry.
He revealed that India is operating a terror network inside Pakistan and delivering improvised explosion devices (IEDs), explosives and funds for militants. “This undeniable evidence is only a small part of India’s state -sponsored terrorism,” said DG Ispr.
DG ISPR detected the arrest of a Pakistani citizen allegedly trained and sponsored by India. He said the suspect was arrested near the Jhelum bus level on April 25 and found in possession of an IED, two mobile phones and RS70,000.
Subsequent searches recovered an Indian origin drone and RS1 million in cash from the suspected residence. “Forensic analysis of the retrieved materials confirmed undeniable evidence, verifiable by any credible independent agency,” said Chaudhry.
The ISPR chief identified the therapist as Subedar Sukhwinder, a Junior Commissioner for the Indian Army. He claimed that other Indian Army staff included Major Sandeep Verma, Subedar Suk winner, Havildar Amit and another soldier. “These individuals are directly involved in sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan,” he said.
He added that Indian managers instructed terrorists to deliberately cause civilian losses in Pakistan and stage concept designed to produce the country as a hub of terrorism internationally. He also revealed that dealers had sent detailed videos that instructed how to make explosive devices.
DG Ispr said Major Sandeep, an Indian army officer, admitted to orchestrating terrorist activities ranging from Balochistan to Lahore.
He mentioned that on November 22, Sukhwinder allegedly instructed Abdul Majeed to gather an IED and a damaged drone near Hoved Marala.
A few days later, on November 30, Majeed allegedly planted an IED on a military vehicle in Jalalpur Jattan, resulting in the martyrdom of four staff. To finish the task, he was allegedly paid RS656,000.
He continued to share it on March 18, Subedar Sukhwinder delivered coordinates to another IED near Kotli. The next day, schoolchildren discovered a suspicious bag and the army staff later got a bomb from the area.
After improvement, Indian media false false that five bombs were found in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), which DG Ispr dismissed as “obviously propaganda.”
On April 22, 2025, Sukhwinder allegedly placed another IED near Nadalah. The next day, Abdul Majed was asked to detonate the unit on a local bus level, the military spokesman added.
DG ISPR reiterated that the evidence emphasized India’s active role in delivering explosives to terrorists operating within Pakistan’s borders. He urged the international community to notice the actions of India.
