Pakistan Airports Authority (on) held its seventh E-Cacery session on Friday, led by Deputy General Sumair Saeed, to gather public feedback on airport facilities and services nationwide. Senior officials from SQMS, Engineering Services, Commercial and Estate, Human Resources and Planning and Development also participated.
He announced that DG Khan Airport Railway was upgraded to accommodate the A320 aircraft, with completion planned for December 2026. Passenger forecasts suggest that DG Khan will be a financially viable destination for carriers at the end of the project, he said.
