Los Angeles Dodgers Reliever Blake Trinen paid tribute to the conservative activist Charlie Kirk During Friday evening’s match against San Francisco Giants by wearing a hat on the haug containing Kirk’s name along with a cross.
The trine that speaks openly about its faith came into Dodgers’ games In the ninth lap, fans noted that the jug had a message written on his cap.

“Charlie Kirk,” read the inscription on his hat. A cross was also prompted.

Kirk, 31, was murdered Wednesday during a campus event at Utah Valley University. The married father of two was hit by a single ball and later pronounced death. Tyler Robinson, A 22-year-old resident Utah was arrested as a suspect in the killing.
Utah Gov. During a press conference on Friday morning, Spencer Cox declared that a family member in Robinsons contacted a family friend who then reached the Washington County Sheriff’s Office “with information that Robinson had confessed to them or suggested that he had committed the incident.”

The Trine’s Show of Support came days after MLB Pitcher talked about how his faith plays a significant role in his profession.

“He’s my everything. I mean I wouldn’t be here without my relationship with Jesus,” said the trine during a recent conversation with CBN Sports. “When I’m at Haugen, it’s my kind of worship. I draw a cross and point up so people know who I play for.”
The Chicago Cubs also paid tribute to Kirk before the team’s games on Friday. By describing him as a lifelong Cubs fan, the team held a “moment of reflection” and called to end “all political violence.”

“May we all as Americans meet in solidarity to strengthen our nation, end these meaningless actions and turn to civil discourse to discuss our differences,” said a message that was released before the game throughout the ballpark.
In a statement to Pakinomist Digital on Thursday, the league confirmed that it “asked all the clubs to follow the direction of the White House Presidential Proclamation and Fly Flags at half staff in their ballparks.”
The proclamation from the White House ordered the flag to be flew by half staff until sunset on Sunday.
