Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar arrived in Beijing on Monday for a three-day official visit, state-owned Radio Pakistan reported.
The visit takes place on invitation from Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
The diplomatic tour comes in the midst of increased regional tensions after last week’s ceasefire between Pakistan and India. The fluid’s ceasefire followed a military resistance associated with the Pahagam attack in IIOJK, which India attributed to Pakistan, although no crucial evidence has been presented.
China borrowed unwavering support to Pakistan as India launched missile attacks that targeted Pakistani civilians during the clothing of removing so -called terror camps. It is widely believed that China worked closely with Pakistan throughout the crisis and provided critical military as well as diplomatic support to deter India.
China supported Pakistan publicly and sent a clear message that it supports Islamabad to protect its territorial integrity and sovereignty. The four-day conflict proved enormously advantageous to China if the J-10C fighter jets and PL-15 missiles helped Pakistan with six Indian fighter jets, including highly advanced Frenchmen, made Rafale.
Before DPM Ishaq Dar Dar became departure to Beijing, the strong trade and diplomatic relations confirmed between Pakistan and China, Associated Press of Pakistan reported.
Dar noted that he had had two recent telephone conversations with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, who expanded the invitation to the official visit.
He said his meetings with Chinese leadership would cover a wide range of topics, including political, regional and global issues, as well as the recent tensions between Pakistan and India.
With reference to his discussions with foreign colleagues around the world, Ishaq Dar declared that these interactions have revealed attempts from India to change blame on Pakistan, including accusations related to attacks on nuclear installations.
During the visit, the Foreign Office said DAR will have in -depth discussions with Wang about the developing regional situation in South Asia and its consequences for peace and stability.

The two sides will also review the full range of Pakistan-China bilateral connections and exchange views on regional and global development of mutual interest.
The visit is part of the ongoing high -level exchange between Pakistan and China. It also emphasizes the two countries’ common obligation to further “strengthen the strategic cooperative partnership throughout the weather,” the statement states.
