Duke Phenom Cooper Flagg got a standing ovation from Cameron Indoor Faithful Monday night in what may have been his last home game in a blue devil uniform.
Last month admitted flagg that he “will[ed]”Getting Back” to Durham next season -but being the expected # 1 selection in the NBA draft does not do exactly.
“Cameron Crazies” by the fact, so when he was taken out of the game in the final minutes, they hit him with song from “one year more.”

Flagg said he “certainly” heard the songs, but was cloudy about his future with the team.
“I mean, I’m living in the present right now, living at the moment and taking it day by day,” he said. “I don’t know what the future has.”
“I mean this is the best place in college basketball for sure,” flagg. “I have loved every single minute of being here. I have loved everyone I have met, everyone I’ve been in this whole year. It’s been a fantastic year.”
When the time was in for him to check out with 3:34, he let go of his hands with teammates Sion James and Isaiah Evans and then began to loosen his jersey as he went to the Duke bench. He greeted coach Jon Scheyer with a high-five and a hug, and then went down the bench embracing coaches, employees and teammates as the crowd began to ask for an unlikely second act next season.

“The talent speaks for itself. Love to coach his talent,” Scheyer said. “But I love to coach the person. He’s about the right things.”
Duke closes his regular season on Saturday with a trip to Chapel Hill to visit their rivalry with the University of North Carolina. Then they go to the ACC championship before going to the big dance.
If it was his last game at Duke, he gave the fans a nice dismissal gift, fell 28 points, grabbed eight rebounds and the dish out seven assists in their 93-60 win over the Wake Forest.

Flagg, 18, has set 19.6 points, 7.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists per day. Battle and shoots 49.7% from the floor and 38.3% from three-point soil.
