Lahore:
Senior politician Mohammad Ali Durrani has called on Jui-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman to publicly recognize his mistake in supporting the 26th constitutional change and excuse the nation.
In a speech with a private news channel, Durrani said that those who supported the amendment could not be considered an “opposition alliance” but rather a “government alliance”.
He argued that the 26th change had caused significant harm to Pakistan’s legal and constitutional systems as well as the basic human rights of its citizen.
