Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has reflected on the mixed feelings he feels when he returns to Hawaii.
By going to his Instagram on Monday, April 7, the 52-year-old American actor and professional wrestler released a video of himself running on a cloudy tropical highway.
Johnson also shared his thoughts of returning to the state where he grew up in a caption that read, “Every time I come home to Hawai’i, I am reminded of why this is the largest city in the world.”
He added, “Every drive brings any loving memory and crazy moment back here. All the good things and all the not so good things.”
“Most crucial times of my life have been here in Hawai’i. The ambitions of life sometimes took me far away, but I always come home. It’s in the blood. If you know, you know,” his caption concludes with different emojis, that Moana Star noted.
For the unwarterized, former Johnson told PEOPLE That he “was a challenging child.”
