When asked in an interview with Techradar Gaming on Gamescom 2025, what the study has been able to achieve in the weeks since its delay, waste director Nathan Lemaire said it is mainly focused on fixing bugs and polishing important functions and main content.
“A big thing that we push is all in terms of you know, pitching, physicalness and gore,” Lemaire said. “So really likes the idea that the reaction of hits is connected well and exit [has] Satisfactory results and realistic results … We also improved the amount of Gore and we have in our bodily damage system. So we improved the quality and number of assets triggered by body damage. So that’s what [we] did, a lot of improvement of UI animations as well. “
He continued to say that the delay also allowed the team to polish extra rankings that it would not have been able to otherwise because they were not a high priority.
“But we have time to do it,” the instructor said. “So we will do it because we will polish everything in the form of you know when we play it is balancing polishing, getting this system to have gameplay [that is] Even more balanced.
“There is always something to be done, because nothing really is ever perfect, right? There is always something we can do. So anything, but like, the mentality is like this: pushing as far as possible to make it the best possible.”
