Eagles’ Jalen hurts avoiding the famous name for wildly successful game: ‘I keep it very standard’

Philadelphia Eagles’ success in the short-garden situations has not yet been duplicated.

The so -called “tush push” took the NFL by storm a few years ago. Quarterback Jalen hurts during the middle, and when he clicks the ball, he is pushed across the line to win or the target line for a new set of downs or a touchdown.

It was success with the play that helped them expand the drive and lands Eagles in the Super Bowl two years ago. Philadelphia is back in the Super Bowl, and “tush push” is firm on the mind of NFL fans in front of the Super Bowl Lix in New Orleans.

But Hurts admitted that he did not fall into the hoopla around the play and keep the name of it “very standard.”

“That’s what you call it. I call it Quarterback -Snig,” Hurts said. “I keep it very standard.”

“Tush Push” was only stopped four times during the 2023 season, and it became a warmly disputed topic: Should the NFL prohibit the piece?

The NFL Operating Troy Vincent threw cold water at that view last February.

“Don’t punish a team that is strategically doing well,” Vincent said during a performance on “Pro Football Talk Live” at the time.

Whether you call it “tush push” or “Brotherly Shove”, it looks like the play will be in the limelight again.

The Washington commanders failed to stop it several times, and their consistent offside in the NFC championship almost got Refs to award the Philadelphia A score.

It will be up to Kansas City Chiefs to load the front in an attempt to stop it this time.
