Ellen Pompeo finally broke his silence over the pay gap between male and female actors in Hollywood.

During a performance on the latest episode of Call her father Podcast, the 55-year-old actress expressed frustration over the wage difference between her and male Costar Patrick Dempsey in the hit drama Gray’s Anatomy.
