Pakistan Airports Authority (Paa) performs full -scale emergency exercises in Skardu International Airport, aiming for testing emergency preparedness and coordination between all the relevant agencies in the event of an eventuality, a spokesman said Wednesday.
According to the county man, the drills were monitored by the airport manager. In the apartment, Chief Fire and Rescue officer gave a briefing that highlighted the crisis management strategy, adding that airport staff, armed forces, civilian institutions and district administration participated in the drill.
