ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan’s Ambassador to France, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, on Sunday highlighted the multifaceted relations between Pakistan and France and the wider francophone world.
She said that while governments created frameworks and agreements, it was professionals, academics, entrepreneurs and civil society leaders who gave life to bilateral relations between countries.
The envoy was addressing the Association of Pakistani Francophone (French-speaking) Professionals (PPRF) at an event held at the Embassy of Pakistan, a statement said. She appreciated the work of PPRF and its contribution to promoting professional networking and cultural exchanges.
