Eric Decker is back in Minneapolis on Saturday night for his Minnesota Golden Gophers’ return game and relives bright days.
The former NFL recipient starred in Minnesota and played three years at Metrodome before spending his senior season at the outdoor Huntington Bank Stadium.
“Just to be around that energy, relive the memories I love pj [Fleck]He has done a good job with the program and has made the most of his guys. Fun to be back, especially in the fall, it’s the best time of year everywhere. But the football season on Campus, a lot of good memories I’ve built throughout my career now, ”Decker said in a recent interview with Pakinomist Digital.

“All fans are welcome to come, take a small shower, get some update after a long day of tailor -made and smell fresh that enters the stadium …” Decker said. “KEG is compared to the college lifestyle, so it’s a fun activation, completely different from something I’ve seen. Really excited about them doing it on campus while returning home.”
It has been good over a decade since Decker joined the gold and the maroon, and he has seen the change in college athletics from the outside.

Decker knows that Minnesota does not have the same feature as the school’s long -standing Big Ten rivals such as Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State – or even the new ones like Oregon, Washington and USC.
“We get good athletes in, the problem is to keep them,” Decker said.
So how do they do it? It’s simple.
“I also look at the opportunity, and this is a challenge: Minneapolis has the most Fortune 500 companies in the area. How we can’t adapt to creating a fund where Ohio State gets $ 25 million outside their award, which the Big Ten gives each team, we had to do it to, in a way, buy the winner,” Decker said. “We just don’t have that. It’s an opportunity I know PJ knows about, but the philosophy of school and their vision, these companies, there must be a kind of marriage or merging it. I hope we can bring in some big players because we can financially.

“Generally, I don’t know if there is much to be done if it’s not financially rewarding.”
