Rogan found Perry, who returned to Rogan to receive the passport.
Perry turned around, took a dribbling and launched a prayer from approx. 70 meters out.
The ball hit nothing but Netto.
Pandemonium followed when Perry was bullied by teammates and fans who stormed the court.
Perry was hoisted in the air at the top of his teammates’ shoulders while the judges tried to restore order to the place and blow frenetically their flutes.
It was an appropriate ending to a game that was tied 11 different times with 10 lead changes as it was back and forth all night between Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference rivals.
