CFC Outcome Director Sophia Lorey said that Trump administration’s intervention has made her cry “Tears of joy.”

“As a four-year CIF Varsity athlete and a three-year captain, I’ve fought for all girls to have the same athletic options I had,” Lorey said. “CIF’s policies have undermined decades of hard -fought victories for female athletes, and it’s time for them to respond to the damage they have caused. CIF has ignored these injustices for too long and we hope this study will finally force them To that girls’ safety and justice over the feelings of confused boys.

Lorey has advocates for girls affected by a transgender athlete clutter in California for three years.

Lorey grabbed Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, California, in the fall, when a national controvers broke out over a transgender athlete who took a varsity place from a girls’ cross-country skier.

The girl, Taylor Starling, then took the cases in her own hands when she and teammate Kaitlyn Slavin made t-shirts who said “Save Girls Sports” and started carrying them to school. They then filed a lawsuit against the school district when administrators allegedly quarreled them to wear the shirts and compared them to swastikas.

Starling’s father, Ryan Starling, expressed his gratitude to the Trump administration for taking steps to investigate the state’s tross over the recent executive order.

“Our family can’t thank President Trump enough. We are so happy to see common sense prevail Step closer because of so many brave people as Taylor and Kaitlyn, “Ryan Starling told Pakinomist Digital.

Chino Unified School Board President Sonja Shaw told Pakinomist Digital that she calls for consequences for all the institutions that have enabled transking athletes to participate in girls sports.

“As the mother of two CIF athletes, president of the school board and spokesman for children, I have seen first -hand the devastating effect of these policies. Girls are pushed aside, their security is compromised and their options are stolen,” Shaw said.

“This study is a critical step in the right direction, but we need real, decisive action. CIF – and any device that violates title IX – must have consequences, including withdrawal of financing.

“We warned you, cif. Now you have to face the consequences.”

Amber French, a woman’s swimmer at California Baptist University, argued that CIF, which allows transking athletes to compete with girls, will deprive biological female athletes for university opportunities and jeopardize their security.

“If you allow men to compete in female sports, smaller women will have the opportunity to go to cif and swim in front of college trainers to be recruited,” French told Pakinomist Digital. “To allow men who do not want to compete against their sex competing in female races removing all the hard -working female athletes. There are separate categories for a reason.

“This study is the first step to protecting integrity, security and opportunities for female sports.”

CIF told Pakinomist Digital that it has been notified of the upcoming study.

“While CIF has been notified of the investigation, we do not comment on pending investigations,” a CIF spokesman said.

Trump’s Doe will also examine the Minnesota’s High School Athletics Association to refuse to comply with the executive order.

DOE also examines San Jose State University, University of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association for separate events involving transking athletes competing on a woman’s or girls sports team.
