The tab shouting derogatory comments about Arizona Diamondbacks star Ketel Mares’s late mother during the team’s 4-1 win over Chicago White Sox on Rate Field on Tuesday, is banned indefinitely from all MLB Ballparks, a source confirmed to Pakinomist Digital.

The 22-year-old fan admitted to having mocked Marte and was remorseful, according to ESPN.

Marte, 31, was left in tears after the tab shouted derogatory comments about her late mother, Elpidia Valdez, who died in a car accident in the Dominican Republic in 2017.

“We praise White Sox for taking immediate action to remove the fan,” MLB said in a statement to Pakinomist Digital. MLB did not comment on what the tab told Marte when asked by Pakinomist Digital.

Diamondbacks played White Sox again on Wednesday and White Sox showed a message on their scoreboard to support Marte in the first place.

“Baseball is family: White Sox community supports Ketel Marte,” the message said.

Diamondbacks’ manager Torey Lovullo comforted the tearful marte on the haug and put his arm around him during a pitching change in the seventh lap.

“It was a terrible moment. Fans are ugly. Fans go too far,” an emotional Lovullo told journalists after the game.

“I responded just like Dad when I went out to change throwers,” Lovullo said, according to Arizona Republic. “I could see he was crying. It hurt.”

Lovullo added that he told Marte that he was not alone and that the Heckler was “an idiot.”

Diamondbacks Shortstop Geraldo Perdomo called for the tab to be banned after the game ended on Tuesday.

“It can’t happen,” Perdomo said. “We can’t continue to do it … here in MLB.”

Marte refused to comment on the incident through a team employee.

Marte went 2-4 in the victory with a first-in-in-the-in-the-home home, giving Diamondbacks a 1-0 lead.

In 52 games, the two-time all-star has a .316 batting average with 14 homemakers and 31 RBIs.
