LAHORE:
An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday declared six persons, including fashion designer Khadija Shah, declared Offenders (PO) in the Jinnah House attack case, for their repeated failure to appear in the trial.
The court also issued permanent arrest warrants against Khadija and the other accused, including Faisal Akhtar, Adil Saeed, Faqir Syed Arsalan, Qasim Minhas and Abdullah Hassan.
The order was announced by Manzer Ali Gill, Administrative Judge of ATC. The court noted that the defendant had repeatedly failed to appear for trial despite being given adequate opportunities.
