At least six people were killed and more than 20 others wounded when two passenger buses collided in the Reej area of the Kalat district, Balochistan.
The accident that occurred due to high speed resulted in several losses.
Ambulances were quickly sent to the stage and the wounded were immediately transferred to DHQ Hospital in Kalat, where an emergency was declared and medical assistance is provided.
Levies sources confirmed that a study is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
The incident comes on the heels of two other violent deposits in the region.
On Wednesday, six passengers lost their lives in a brutal attack on a Karachi-bound bus in Gwadar’s Kalmat area.
In another incident the same day, a bomb killed near a police car on Quetta’s double road two people and wounded at least 17 others, including four police officers, according to local authorities.
