A holistic approach to cyber security comes to the US government
The new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Brendan Carr, has announced that he will establish a security council to protect against cyberattacks with a specific focus on “sustained and constant threat from foreign opponents, especially the Chinese Communist Party”, Financial Times Reports.
“These bad actors always investigate ways to break our networks, devices and technological ecosystem. It is more important than ever that FCC remains vigilant and protects Americans and American companies from these threats, ”Carr warned.
