Karachi:
The Board of Middle Education Karachi (BIEK) on Tuesday announced the results of the 2025 annual studies for second -year economy and special candidates (art’s ordinary) groups where female students secured all top positions in both categories.
BIEK -President Faqeer Muhammad Lakho officially declared the results and shared details of the best artists in both groups.
In the Home Economics group, Erum Faisal (Roll No. 2045), a student at Rana Liaquat Ali Khan Government College of Home Economics, first position with 1,054 markings out of 1,200, and earned an A-1 class.
The second position was required by Imaan Hashmi (Rolling No. 2044), scoring 988 brands with an A-1 class, while Shanza Nayab (Roll No 2135) secured the third position with 980 brands, and also got an A-1 class.

In the special candidates (Arts Regular) group, Syeda Fariha (Roller No. 995539) from Dewa Higher Secondary School took the top place with 960 brands out of 1,100 and achieved an A-1 class.
The second position went to Barira Islam (Rolling No. 995533), also from Dewa, who scored 925 brands with an A-1 class. Imaan Al Shams (Roll No. 995502) from Ida-Rieu School and College for Deaf secured third position with 920 brands, and also earned an A-1 class.
Sharing further details said investigative controls Zarina Rashid that the II all -Conomics group a total of 198 candidates were registered for the exams, of which 189 emerged and 112 adopted, resulting in a passport percentage of 59.26.
Among the successful candidates, nine achieved A-1 qualities, 24 received a grades, 30 obtained B-qualities, 31 earned C-qualities and 18 secured D qualities.
In the special candidates (Arts Regular) group, 116 candidates registered, 114 of whom appeared in the exams. Out of these, 103 candidates were declared successful, marking a passport percentage of 90.35. Nineteen candidates received A-1 qualities, 55 obtained a character, 27 secured B-qualities and two earned C-qualities.
