- Microsoft -hold that rolls out keyboard shortcuts For users
- New addition should mean faster and more efficient entry for all
- All Microsoft -Teams -Users need to take advantage of the launch
Unlocking real productivity on your morning -microsoft calls should soon be a little easier thanks to a new update that is rolling out now.
The video conferencing platform has revealed that it is working on adding configurable keyboard shortcuts to users.
When included, this should mean that users can quickly and easily access the symbols, icons and more, they can use regularly on a daily basis, but once are not close when entering a working environment.
Microsoft Teams Keyboard Shipways
Microsoft says the new addition will allow users to “set your own keyboard shortcuts to match your work preferences.”
In a Microsoft 365 shelf schedule post, it noted that the feature is found by clicking the ellipsis in a team -chat window and selecting “Keyboard Shipways” from the menu. Users will be able to create and customize their own shortcuts and edit them once they are completed.
The feature is rolling out now and will be available to users around the world using teams on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
The launch is the latest in a number of recent improvements to Microsoft Teams, which has been announced by the company as it seems to improve the experience for users.
This includes rolling “improved spell check”, giving users the tools to ensure that their messages are as accurate as possible.
It also recently announced a fine -tuning that allows more people to control slides presented at a meeting or call.
Microsoft says the addition will mean that presenters are able to maintain “a smooth stream during meetings or webinars” – hopefully the end of manual slides means – and hopefully the phrase “next slide please”.
And the platform also revealed that it is working to add noise oppression to participants calling in a call, which should spell a cessation of potentially earbeating calls, or participants being deafened by background noise from another person on the call.
