Security forces have successfully awarded a terrorist attack on a security post in the Gulistan area of ​​Balochistan’s Qila Abdullah district during the night of January 27-28.

The terrorists tried to violate the perimeter with the help of an explosive vehicle after their first assault was rejected, according to a statement from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

In the subsequent fire exchange, all five attackers, including two suicide bombs, were neutralized.

Two soldiers, Naik Tahir Khan (39, from Tank District) and Lance Naik Tahir Iqbal (26, from the Karak District), fought tapped, but embraced martyrdom under the intense confrontation.

After the incident, a sanitization operation was launched in the area to locate and understand remaining perpetrators.

Afghan citizen involved in terrorism killed, body delivered to Kabul: ISPR

A terrorist identified as an Afghan citizen was killed in Sambaza, Zhob district in Balochistan on January 11, 2025, reported Public Relations (ISPR) last week.

The individual, Muhammad Khan Ahmedkhel, son of Haji Qasim Dawran Khan, was a resident of Bilorai Village in Wazekhwa -District, Pactika Province, Afghanistan.

The deceased was involved in terrorist acts in Pakistan, the ISPR said.

After completing legal formalities, Ahmedkhel’s body was handed over to officials of the preliminary Afghan government (IAG) on January 20.

ISPR noted the incident as “undeniable proof of Afghan citizens’ commitment to terrorist activities in Pakistan.” The military urged Kabul to “fulfill its responsibilities” by ensuring that Afghan Earth is not used to start terrorist attacks against Pakistan.
