Florence Pugh has been honest about the ‘dangerous stunt’ that she did for her role as Black Widow, Yelena Belova, in her new movie.
In an interview with DeadlineThe We live in time Actress sincerely talked about her experience of filming action adventure movies, Thunderbolts*.
When she remembered the scene where she had to jump from Merdeka 118 Tower, the second highest building in the world, she revealed that in order to get over her fear of the stunt, she entered Yelena’s mind.
“Yelena saved me, because in the scene she shouldn’t be scared, she just had to be to cool up there,” Hollywood actress told the business. “So I had to pretend as if I were her.” It’s fine, I’m just dangling with my feet from the crazy height. “So it actually saved me.”
Pugh threw in Jake Schreier’s director film with David Harbor, Geraldine Viswanathan, Harrison Ford and Lewis Pullman.
Meanwhile, the 29-year-old actress noticed that as an artist it is her responsibility to protect and defend ‘her portrayal of a character by putting herself in her shoe.
Before she finished, she shared, “There’s so much on the site, but that’s really what you add to it in the last 20%that actually makes every character that every actor plays. There are so many -isms that I was very welcome to put in the movie.”
Thunderbolts* must be released on May 2, 2025.
