The Competition Commission in Pakistan (CCP) has approved a joint venture between Fly Jinnah Services (PVT) LTD and Air Arabia Academy LLC to establish a new aviation education institute in the country.

The new device, Fly Jinnah T3 Flight Academy (PVT) LTD, provides aviation training services in Pakistan. The approval follows a pre-merger Review under Competition (Fusion Control) Rules 2016.

Both companies will invest in the new venture aimed at improving aviation training services in Pakistan.

CCP stated that the transaction is international and will not affect competition in the sector.

Fly Jinnah acts as a commercial airline, while Air Arabia Academy is engaged in aviation training in UAE.

The Independent Training Institute is expected to improve both the availability and the quality of aviation training services in Pakistan.
