The two players then met online for their handshakes, just like the standard after the match. But things took a turn when Fognini committed a violation of the mout and looked away from him.

After the two initially greeted, they both went over to the chairman’s judge, where Fognini tried to talk to the mout that went forward and no longer participated in the conversation.

Fognini then fell quite the insult according to the New York Post.

“Look at me, your little pig. You’re a piece of S —,” Fognini told the moute on his original French.

The mout then cut off Fognini as the latter tried to shake hands with the chairman’s judge.

The moute was in another skirmish earlier this year when he and Alexander Buslik were to be separated by an official during Arizona Tennis Classic.

With the victory, Moutet’s big award is a meeting with Alexander Zverev, the third ranked player in the world, behind only Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, who just had a classic French open finale last weekend.

Fognini lost in the qualification of Roland Garros, while the mout fell to Novak Djokovic in straight sets in the round of 64.
