Islamabad:
National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) attacked an illegal call center in the federal capital Sunday and arrested more than 65 people, including five foreigners, and seized a list of their illegal activities, officials said.
NCCIA, an organization responsible for removing cybercrime, successfully attacked the call center in Islamabad’s G-10 sector. Officials said the five foreigners and more than 60 Pakistanis were arrested while driving their operations. A spokesman for NCCIA said that additional lawsuits would be taken against those who provided facilities and security to these individuals.
