- Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has indicated Apple’s future timetable
- We have 10 product launches predicted within the next few months
- The next device we see could be the M5-driven iPad Pro
Last week was about the iPhone 17 and the other three smartphone models launched by Apple, but there are many more devices on the road in the coming months – revealed by one of the more reliable tips in the industry.
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman can usually rely on accurate Apple rumors, and in his latest power on newsletter he sets post-IPhone 17 roadmap leading us through the rest of 2025 and into the first part of 2026.
First up is a new iPad Pro that has an OLED screen and powered by an M5 chip: Gurman believes it could be launched as early as October. Then the schedule is less firm, but a minor update to Apple Vision Pro and a sequel of Apple Airag is mentioned next.
Then we can look forward to an updated Apple TV box with improved performance and network features plus Apple Intelligence. Similar upgrades tipes to get to a new HomePod Mini, which can be displayed at the same time.
Continuing into 2026
By 2026, and Gurman predicts that an M5-powered MacBook Pro will show up “early next year”. The MacBook Airs then gets their own M5 upgrade that results from the M4 MacBook Air launched earlier this year.
The last three products (if you keep counting) are a new Mac Externy Monitor – Apple Monitor setup last got an update in 2022 – so an iPhone 17E to follow the iPhone 16E and the smart home centers that have been previously rumored.
Once we have come through all this, it will be time to start thinking about the iPhone 18 series. There are rumors that the iPhone 18 launch could actually be divided over 2026 and 2027, with different models launched at different times of the year.
None of this is of course confirmed before Apple does it officially, but these predictions come from a reliable source and match other leaks. If you want to upgrade your Apple devices over the next 12 months, you might start saving.
