Islamabad:
Former Lahore High Court (LHC) Judge Justice (RETD) Shahid Jamil has joined the Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aeen Pakistan, a movement that advocates the Constitution supremacy.
Justice (Retd) Jamil, who had withdrawn from his position some time ago, announced his decision at a news conference in Islamabad along with the movement leaders.
“I’m happy to be part of a match dedicated to maintaining supremacy of the constitution,” he said. “The constitution founded in the goal is a consensus document approved by all federal units.”
