Former Minnesota Vikings and University of Minnesota footballer Jack Brewer shared a complaint with Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.

AG is leading a legal battle against President Donald Trump and the Ministry of Justice to ensure that transking athletes can continue to participate in girls sports in the state. The state’s ongoing frames against Trump’s executive order to keep girls sportswoman has resulted in a controversy involving a transgender pitcher who has dominated a girls softball season.

“Obviously, Keith Ellison, the lawyer in Minnesota, has never played any major sports,” Brewer told Pakinomist Digital.

“It is as if he has never stepped in a real dressing room, especially not one where the sport required real athletics, gravel and toughness. It is embarrassing to see a black man standing in front of the nation and promoting boys competing against girls.”

The White House has responded to the trial and condemned Ellison for having taken lawsuits to enable trans -cluttering.

“Why should an adult man sue the Trump administration to allow other biological men to participate in women’s sports? This is creepy and anti-woman,” spokesman for the White House Harrison Fields told Pakinomist Digital.

Brewer played four seasons for Golden Gophers from 1998-2001 and then started his NFL career with the Vikings in 2002. He also raised his children in the state.

How transgenderism in sports changed the election in 2024 and ignited a national counterculture

“The state has so far from the course that it does the opposite of what it once stood for. It used to be a national leader in section IX and women’s rights. Now it is destroying women’s sports, degrading women and promoting situations where men physically dominate women,” Brewer said.

“It’s heartbreaking for any past Gopher, any former Viking, every professional athlete who has lived in the big city. It’s embarrassing. It’s shocking. And for being honest, it’s just devastating.”

Reports about a Trans Softball Pitcher, who won 14 straight matches on their way into the playoffs and earned first-team All-State-Honours shook the state in recent weeks.

For Brewer, it is a difficult situation to witness as a resident of Minnesota and former pro athlete.

“In any sport – especially something like softball – people can be seriously injured. A man hits the ball harder. A man throws the ball faster. Then the idea of giving men the opportunity to compete in women’s softball – especially now that this sport has grown in visibility and opportunity – is insane,” Brewer said.

“Women’s Softball is one of the fastest growing sports in America. If each Varsity baseball player in high school decided to go to play division in Women’s Softball, there would be no women left on the field. Anyone supporting this agenda is either ignorant or pushing politics over people.

“And that’s exactly what Keith Ellison is doing. They don’t care about the girls. They are interested in fundraising and staying in power, and they do it at the expense of young athletes all over America.

“President Trump understands exactly what happens. He said it best. If you put a bunch of MLB players on a woman’s softball team, they would win the championship.”

Ellison published the trial at a press conference after months of the state that defies Trump’s “Keeping but out of women’s sports” Executive Order. Ellison claimed he received notice from the Department of Justice, who threatened litigation if the state did not follow the executive order.

“I don’t want to sit around waiting for the Trump administration to sue Minnesota. Today, Minnesota is suing him and his administration because we will not participate in this shameful bullying,” Ellison said. “We won’t let a small group of vulnerable children who only try to be healthy and live their lives, be demonized.”

Ellison’s trial filed in the US District Court in Minneapolis claims that the Trump administration has no authority to put the states’ athletic gender eligibility policy through an executive order.

Minnesota is the first state suing the Department of Justice over threats of financing cuts to allow trans -athletes to play in girls sports and the second state to sue the Trump administration during the question.

Maine filed a lawsuit against Trump after the Department of Agriculture cut financing to the state of April 2, and a federal judge has already decided on the USDA to release the financing for Maine.

After Trump’s executive order, Minnesota State High School League advertised that Would defy federal law by allowing transking athletes to continue playing in women’s sports.

Ellison’s office said “Based on the ordinary language of the statute, educational institutions and Minnesota State High School League would offend MHRA by banning trans -meating athletes from participating in leisure activities that are consistent with their gender identity. “

Minnesota’s state law failed to pass the preservative girls’ sports law in early March, which would have stated that “only female students can participate in an elementary school or the athletic team or sport that an educational institution has limited to women and girls.”

ONE New York Times/Ipsos Survey Found the vast majority of Americans, including a majority of Democrats, do not think transnry athletes should be allowed to compete in women’s sports.

Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% biological men who identify themselves as women said should not be allowed to participate in women’s sports. Of the 1,025 people who identified themselves as Democrats or inclined Democratic, 67%said transnry athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
