Another two women have accused former NFL player Marcellus Wiley of rape in his play days at Columbia University in new litigation.
Wiley, already charged with prior claims, is accused of raping the women in his dorm room in 1994 while playing for the school’s football team.
A victim claims she was pressed to have sex with Wiley on October 27, 1994 after accepting an invitation to Wiley’s dormitory. Despite saying “nobody repeatedly,” Wiley swung [her] the legs of the bed, lung against her and overpower [her]”Holding her down when he whispered to her” to relax, enjoy it, stop crying and stop fighting for the feeling, “the file claims.

She said she had reported the incident to a Columbia administrator who urged her not to file a criminal complaint because she “would be known as the girl who destroyed a black man’s NFL dream.”
The second victim claims she was assaulted about a month later.
Attorneys for Wiley did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Wiley was first charged in November 2023, but immediately called these accusations “BS.”
The first trial filed in the New York Supreme Court under the Law of Adults Survivor Survivors claimed Wiley had attacked her in the fall of 1994 while playing at the Ivy League school during his second season.

She said Wiley had forced herself to her in a first -year sauce room, had not cared for her objections to his actions and had taken her virginity.
Wiley admitted to having spent the night in his dorm room, but “we didn’t attend intercourse,” he wouldn’t because she was a virgin.
“If you are a virgin I will not be your first because I do not look at it with the same respect, esteem, honor that you should,” said on his show. “We messed around, but no vaginal intercourse.”
Wiley said the student had told people at the time that “she didn’t like” their interaction in her dorm room, but he says when she had a boyfriend at the time, she had to come up with a story not to be ashamed of herself.
Wiley added that he “fits a stereotype” as a “great black man from Compton.”

Wiley was prepared by Buffalo Bills In the second round of the NFL draft in 1997 and would continue to play 10 NFL seasons with San Diego Chargers, also Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars. He was a total of 44 sacks and 322 combined tackles over 147 games.
