According to reports, the incident took place at a car dealership. The North Charleston Fire Department was the first to arrive on the scene and told police that the suspect, later identified as Quinn, appeared to be trying to leave the scene in another vehicle.
FOX 4 reports that a pickup truck registered to Quinn crashed into a car, causing that vehicle to hit two more vehicles. Police said video evidence showed Quinn’s truck driving on the road before he eventually drove onto the dealership’s property.
