A former Penn State footballer faces charges of an ATV crash back in May that injured him and killed his girlfriend.
Julian Fleming, 24, and Alyssa Boyd, 23, drove down a rural road in Bradford County near the Pennsylvania-New York border on the night of May 22 when they hit a deer, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
However, documents obtained by TMZ Sports said Fleming had a blood alcohol level of .118 shortly after the crash.

Fleming was indicted for murder of the vehicle driving under the influence and worsening assault of the vehicle.
“In my opinion, the prosecution here took a tragic and inevitable accident and made it a crime when the facts do not support it,” Fleming’s lawyer, David Bahuriak, told TMZ Sports. “Facts do not support criminal murder.”
Neither Fleming nor Boyd was wearing security equipment, police said via Citizens’ voice.

Fleming was a prominent broad recipient who played for Ohio State Buckeyes from 2020 to 2024. He undertook to Ohio State after he was a prominence at Southern Columbia High School in Pennsylvania. He was viewing # 1 out of the state in 2020.
He transferred to Penn State before the 2024 season to end his NCAA eligibility.
He played in 16 games for Nittany Lions last season. He had 14 catches in 176 yards and a touchdown. In Ohio State he had 79 catches in 963 yards and seven touchdowns in 38 career games.
Fleming signed with Green Bay Packers As a non -drawn free agent. However, his contract was lifted after he failed a physically with the team.

Boyd Led “Comprehensive Damage” in the crash, police said via New York Postand died on stage. She was a student at the University of Alabama.
