Leblanc’s arrest came from an incident involving a parking enforcement officer. Police responded to reports that the former heir had pushed an officer in Charleston center.

A spokesperson for the department told Pakinomist Digital that Leblanc at one point during the interaction has also taken the officer’s parking start locking tool while the officer used a trunk on a vehicle.
