Epic Games has released the first trailer to Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2: Lawless prior to launch this week.
The next season will take players to Crime City, “where hardship never stops,” and with the new cinematic trailer we finally got a chance to see the location in all its chaotic glory along with a lot of new characters that will be shown in the upcoming Battle Pass.
It seems that rumors of this chapter with another heist are true as the video starts with Big Dill, a playable pickle that robs a bank while his song ‘Runamok’ plays throughout the trailer.
“Ransack Fletcher Kane’s Banks, pulling out a train Heist and making an explosive escape in the Battle Royale Chapter 6 Season 2: Lawless,” the description confirms.

The trailer soon develops into chaos as the bag of gold bars that are robbed is handed over from one character to another until it eventually lands in the hands of a mob manager Wolfman who seems to be the season’s antagonist.
We also got our first look at Midas’ new look, a recurring character that first appeared in Chapter 2 Season 1, and some gameplay in Crime City as players create problems with what seems to be a new laser weapon.
Epic games just confirmed that Mortal KombatSub-Zero will be shown in The New Battle Pass, making him the first character of the franchise that was added to the game. Sub-Zero’s abilities have not yet been detailed, but the trailer offered a glimpse of his ice powers.
Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2: Lawless is scheduled to begin on February 21, 2025.
