- Fortnite‘s annual Halloween -Event, Fortnitemares, has returned
- The seasonal event adds Doja Cat, Scooby Doo and The Gang, and more horror movies and video games
- A new Nitemare Island card is added on October 10
Epic Games has released the details and the first trailer to Fortnitemares, Fortnite‘s annual Halloween event that reveals the crossover characters that will be added to the game.
Fortnitemares officially returns today, October 9, and as last year the seasonal event arrives with an exciting new collaboration to celebrate, this time with Scooby Doo and The Gang.
The trailer confirmed that Scooby Doo, Shaggy, Daphne, Peace and Velma will all be shown in this year’s Halloween event and probably be available as skins in the product store.
They also get together with this year’s main event manager, mother of Torner and real life Popstar Doja Cat.
“Fear gets a new face. Meet Mother to Torner, Doja Cat, who turns Battle Royale into his haunted kingdom and loosens chaos with a wild role crew,” teased Epic Games.
These figures include horror icons such as Scream’s Ghostface, Jason Vorhees from Friday 13th, Wednesday Addams, The Grabber of Black Phone and Art The Clown from Terrifier.
There will also be some skins inspired by some video games, including those from Repo and Huggy Wuggy from Survival Horror game, Poppy playing time.
Players can also look forward to the brand new Nitemare Island, which is debuting in Fortnite Reload on October 10, which transforms the card into a Halloween-inspired view.
The new event arrives in the middle of Chapter 6 Season 4, which recently added a K-Pop Demonpat cooperation.
