- Fortnite‘S Blitz Royale mode has been extended by four weeks
- From July 15, add new weekly updates that will include new abilities, rankings and surprise collaboration
- Fans hope this means that Epic is considering making the condition permanently
Epic games have expanded Fortnite‘s flash royal play period of four weeks to, causing fans to wonder if the study plans to make the condition a permanent function.
Blitz Royale, a fast, 32-player version of Regular Battle Royale matches that last for only five minutes, were added to the game last month. But what was definitely a limited time game state could potentially stick to good.
In a new social media post, Epic Games announced that “four weeks of updates” are on the way, with the first beginning of July 15.
The developer also teased that new skills, placements like Mega City and surprise collaboration will fall over the next month.

With epic games expanding Blitz Royale, players are curious to see if this means the game mode becomes a permanent fixture for the popular online shooter.
“I love Blitz, it should definitely remain permanent. Wonder if it will come to the UN as a permanent state for next season,” a user of the game’s subbreddit said.
It seems that the developer is already considering it because earlier this month it released a poll on X / Twitter asking fans what changes they would like to see besides “make flash permanent”.
The options include new points of interest, more collaborative articles, new Boons and forces and “More Megalo Don Plz,” which suggests that improvements in game mode are already in the works.
Epic has not yet detailed the contents of the next month of Blitz Royale, but those who have missed will be able to jump into the coming days.
