Quetta:
At least four people were martyrated and over 20 others wounded in a strong explosion that shook Gulistan Bazaar in the Killa Abdullah district of Balochistan on Sunday, according to district administration officials.
The blasting occurred near the Jabbar market, causing extensive damage to the building and triggered widespread panic. Several stores collapsed and fires broke out in several companies after the explosion.
The wounded were initially led to nearby health facilities, while the critically wounded were moved to Quetta for further treatment. Killa Abdullah Deputy Commissioner Riaz Khan confirmed the damage and stated that the market was located next to the back wall of Frontier Corps (FC) Fort. After the explosion, a brief exchange of firearms occurred between unidentified attacks and FC staff.
The wounded included a security guard for the tribe’s oldest Haji Faizullah Khan Ghabizai and several spectators. At the time of the explosion, Haji Faizullah Khan was allegedly present in his office located on the market, but remained unkind.
In response to the incident, the law enforcement sealed the area and launched a comprehensive search and approval. The local administration and security personnel continue to assess the damage and ensure that the wounded receive timely medical treatment.

The assailants opened arbitrary fire on the checking post before fled from the stage. Officials condemned the martyr’s death for the taxes. They repeated their decision to bring them behind the attack to justice and maintain security in the province.
