Four terrorists killed in Khuzdar IBO: ISPR

Four terrorists attached to the Indian Proxy network Fitna Al Hindustan were killed by security forces during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Balochistan’s Khuzdar district.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was performed on September 17 following reports of the terrorist presence in the area. During an intense exchange of fire engaged security forces successfully hidden and killed the militants on the spot.

Weapons, ammunition and explosives were regained from their possession. ISPR declared that the killed terrorists were actively involved in several terrorist activities in the region.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid tribute to the security forces for their successful operation against terrorists in Khuzdar and praised their professional capabilities in removing four militants.

He noted that the ongoing operations of the security forces in Balochistan are commendable efforts aimed at restoring lasting peace in the province. “The nation stands shoulder to shoulder with security forces,” added Mohsin Naqvi.

A sanitization operation is currently underway to clear the area of ​​remaining threats. The military confirmed its willingness to eliminate Indian sponsored terrorism from Pakistan and promised to bring all perpetrators to such acts to justice.

A day earlier, security forces had removed five terrorists attached to the Indian Proxy Network Fitna Al Hindustan during another operation in Khuzdar district.

The Khuzdar operation follows a number of major terrorism acts across the country in recent days.

Before this, the security forces removed 31 terrorists associated with the Indian sponsored Fitna Al Khwarij network in Lakki Marwat and Bannu districts in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

These operations came on the heels of a wider campaign where 45 militants were killed and 19 soldiers martyrated in Bajaur, South Waziristan and lower Dir.

These successive operations emphasize Pakistan’s intensified campaign against militant groups, where ISPR repeatedly highlights the role of Indian proxies and the involvement of Afghan Earth in recent attacks. The military has emphasized that its determination remains firm to eradicate terrorism and restore lasting peace in the region.
