Evo 2025, the world’s largest match tournament event, has just happened on the weekend of August 1st.
The Las Vegas-based event hosts all the best match games where top players dukes it to be the best in Street Fighter 6At Tekken 8At Fatal Fury: Wolves City And much more in addition.
While Evo 2025 is about the competition with high efforts, it is also a platform for match developers to debut trailers of upcoming characters, states and game updates. It was no different at this year’s event, with lots of explosive revelations to keep you excited no matter what game you are playing.
However, there is a lot to go over, so I have put together this practical guide with all the great messages from Evo 2025. And if you are looking for information about a particular title, you can use the sidebar to jump to your choice of games immediately.
Street Fighter 6: C. VIPER TELLING AND OUTFIT 4 TRAILER

Capcom revealed a world -fashioned -teaser for its next DLC character, C. Viper. She is a highly expected character that unfortunately lacked from Street Fighter 5 Watch List. No gameplay deep dive here; As has been the case with earlier Street Fighter 6 Character reveals, we first get a tease in their role in single-player World Tour mode. C. Viper is expected to be launched sometime in ‘Fall 2025’.
Capcom also revealed a trailer showing outfit 4 costumes in the game. These bathing costumes will first be received by Cammy, Chun-Li, Luke, Jamie, Aki, Kimberly and Manon. All clothes will be available as paid downloadable content from August 5, 2025.
Tekken 8: Armor King and Miary Zo reveal trailers

Bandai Namco Studios went to the stage in Evo 2025 to show the last two characters in his year two season passes. The first is recurring veteran armor king, who I think never looked better than he does here. The full gameplay trailer shows a particular dirty Playstyle that acts pretty much like a heel to the head of the main king. Armor King comes to Tekken 8 on October 16th.

We also looked at Season to’s final character, Miary Zo. She is a whole new character for Tekken Series and comes from Madagascar. We don’t know how she wants to play in the game yet, but her design means she can be a heavily affected pugilist. No release date for Miary Zo has been given, but she launches with the brand new Baobab Horizon phase.

Guidable gear strives It was likely that the messages that had the most influence on Evo 2025. Developer Arc System Works showed the first gameplay trailer to Lucy, the last season 4 -character and a guest from the amazing Cyberpunk Edgerrunners The Anime series. Hunter X Hunter: nen x Impact: Seasonal Pass 1 Details

There was a news blow to Hunter X Hunter: nen x Impact’s Season 1 Downloadable Content. A trailer confirmed Neferpitou for ‘Fall 2025’ while teasing the remaining three characters as silhouettes. These seem to be popular characters from anime, including Phinks, Shizuku and Zeno.

During night at birth 2 SYS: CELES ‘LAST DLC character, Izumi, got a gameplay trailer on Evo 2025. She lands in the French bread developed fighter on August 18 for all platforms except Nintendo Switch. She arrives at Nintendo’s platform two days later on August 20th.
Virtua Fighter: New VF6 -Gameplay and a Revo Update

Rather surprisingly, there was a large amount of information about Virtua Fighter on Evo 2025.
The coming Virtua Fighter The game received a short gameplay trailer showing Akira and Nykommer Stella Bryant Duking it out in what seems to be the game’s training stage. It looks visually amazing and as you would expect from a Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios title, there is plenty of visual flair and great animation on screen.
Virtua Fighter 5 Revo will also soon receive a ‘worldconent’ update. Not only will the combat game country on current gene systems (PS5, Xbox Series X | S and Nintendo Switch 2), it gets a VIRTUA FIGHT 4-Style Single-Player mode and finally Boss Dural as a playable character.

- Capcom Fighting Collection 2: A free update that adds new songs, gallery art and new characters to Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper. The update arrives on August 7th.
- Invincible vs: The upcoming game received a trailer for Omni-Man.
