So what can we expect from From season 4? Well, there’s still the whole mystery of ‘Fromville’ to solve, big questions left unanswered, and more from the Man in the Yellow Suit. Here’s everything we’ve found out so far from the release date, confirmed cast, plot rumors and more.

From season 4 officially arrives on April 19, which is the news we’ve been anxiously waiting to hear since the show’s early renewal back in November 2024. But we’ve been rewarded for our patience with the release date arriving quickly.
Luckily, we had a little hope of staying on when the cast and crew shared that filming had wrapped in November 2025. Plus, it gave us a really good look at who would be returning to From season 4, although we’ll jump more into that later.
From season 4 trailer
Alongside the announcement of the release date, MGM+ also revealed From season 4 teaser trailer. And while it’s not a full trailer yet, it’s a certified first look at some of the terrifying events that will unfold in the next 10 episodes.
Take the words emblazoned in the trailer in terrifying chalk: “Knowledge costs something.” Or another look at the Man in Yellow with his rotting teeth and his anxiety-building words: “What’s happening now is my favorite part”.
We’re sure a full trailer won’t be too far behind given the impending April 19th release date, and we’ll be sure to update here as soon as it drops.

Synopsis from season 4 story
Full spoilers for From seasons 1 to 3. Potential spoilers to follow From season 4.
We also met the man in yellow, although his true role in Fromville is yet to be revealed. What we apparently know is that he is not well at all. Oh, and let’s not forget that we also found out that Julie is some kind of time traveler who appears with different hair and clothes when she calls out for her father.
Helpfully, we also have the official synopsis from MGM+ as our biggest hint at what’s to come: “In season four, the closer the townspeople get to the answers they seek, the scarier their search becomes.
“Who is the man in yellow and what does he want? Will Jade and Tabitha’s revelation be the key to finally going home? How much longer can Boyd hold the town together even as his body and mind are falling apart? And what role will the town’s latest arrival play in the events to come? Season four will open doors that some in the town will end up wishing had been closed.”
There are many questions and plenty of speculation about what it all means, but thankfully showrunner John Griffin has had some time to think about them.
Speaking to Deadline back in 2024, he revealed that when it comes to season four, he has a plan: “With the culmination of season three, in many ways, we’ve reached the end of the beginning. In season four, a new journey begins. The question is whether it will lead our characters home, or deeper into this unrelenting nightmare.”
Thanks to the teaser trailer, we know a little about the returning characters and their journey to uncover what’s really going on and if they can find a way to escape. But if they do From season 4, it’s still a mystery.
Will there be more seasons of From?
There is a lot of talk online that there is a fifth season of Frombut there is no official confirmation yet. Season 4 got an early renewal, two months before the show premiered with Season 3. But we’re fast approaching the April 19th release date, and there’s still no news.
And we certainly haven’t heard anything yet, although we’ll update here as soon as we do.
