Islamabad:
Jui-F has accused Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur of trying to sabotage attempts to form a magnificent opposition alliance against the ruling coalition, saying that despite PTI founder Imran Khan’s clear instructions, Gandapur has issued statements against JUI-F chief.
“Gandapur has been constantly bad-tuning Jui-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman. This criticism will only benefit the government and the undemocratic strength,” Jui-F spokesman Aslam Ghauri said Friday.
PTI and Jui-F, once considered Bow Nemeses, came closer to each other after February 8, 2024 parliamentary elections, both parties described as very rigged. In recent months, a magnificent opposition alliance that includes PTI has worked Fazl’s party in an attempt to form a formidable front against the government.
However, KP cm Ali Amin Gandapur, which belongs to PTI, has issued statements against the Jui-F chief. Recently, he claimed that Fazl had lost his political influence on the Afghan Taliban and that he was now in a better position to hold negotiations with them.
In response to these statements, the Jui spokesman said Gandapur is conspiring to expand the gap between PTI and JUI-F.
He warned that any obstacle in the formation of a magnificent opposition alliance would benefit the government and undemocratic forces. “Ali Amin Gandapur is PTI’s Gorbatsjov. PTI faces a greater threat from internal conspiracies than external,” he added.
Aslam Ghauri said that when an opposition alliance is taking shape, conspiratorial elements begin their work. He said KP CM is afraid of an opposition alliance because it threatens his government’s life.
Michail Gorbatsjov, one of the former presidents of the former USSR, is often accused of the collapse of the world’s largest socialist republic.
The Jui-F spokesman called on the PTI management to keep an eye on internal conspiracies.
