Additional District and Sessions Court will accuse Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur on July 17 in a sound leak.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr -UM -Minallah heard the case registered at Golra Police Station against KP CM.
Attorney Raja Zahoorul Hasan told the court that Peshawar High Court had accepted the protective bail for Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court canceled arrest warrant, which is not available against KP cm and fixed on July 17 for framing of fees against him in the audio leak.
