Google has just announced a new Premium AI subscription plan called Google AI Ultra in the US and it costs a staggering $ 250 a month.
Google, which was advertised by Google I/O 2025, says AI Ultra is a subscription plan with “The Highest Use Limits and Access to our most skilled models and Premium features.”
“If you are a filmmaker, develop, creative professional or simply require the absolute best of Google Al with the highest level of access, the Google Al Ultra Plan is built for you -think of it as your VIP Pass for Google Al.”
Google launches the new subscription with a special introductory offer that will get you 50% off in the first three months. AI Ultra will soon be available in several countries.
Google has also renamed its existing premium plan for Google AI Pro.
