Gia Giudice has opened up on her father’s pardon post.
The TV personality that received setbacks for having sent a video on July 4 to ask former President Donald Trump to pardon his father, Joe Giudice.
Talking with People Magazine, GIA admitted that she regrets the time of the post.
On July 4, GIA went to Instagram and sent a video clip showing her writing letters to political leaders and asked for her father’s return.
For those who did not realize, Gia’s father was deported to Italy in 2019 after earning time in federal imprisonment for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. He has been separated from his four daughters ever since.
Now she said to the business, “I apologize for having sent it on the fourth of July. I got so much shit for it. I felt so bad.”
“I made the video on Thursday [the day before the holiday]And it was more so I wouldn’t let my dad down because I told him the video was done and when I tell him things, he expects it – just like you know, an Italian household, it better done the next day. It is done better right away, ”she explained.
Gia Giudice admitted that she just woke up on July four and hit the position.
As soon as she released the video, however, GIA began to receive setbacks with people who said, “How privileged are you to send this on July 4?”
Despite the setback, she said, “At that time the video had gotten so much traction, I would not erase it, and it would have looked bad too, I feel. So there is no real feature.”
“That’s why you always have to be careful when you post and what you post and the time of day. But I felt really bad at it, but I’m also glad the message is coming out there,” the reality -TV star added.
