There is a question that NFL fans will know when it comes to New York Giants at the start of this season. When should Jaxson Dart get the reins?
Giants chose the former Ole Miss Standout in the first round of 2025 NFL draft. But it looked like he had to wait a little longer to get a chance to start for the boys in blue. Super Bowl -Master Russell Wilson starts Sunday against the Washington commanders.

But as the NFL network reported that Dart could see some time in different situations against the commanders, disposable NFL MVP Matt Ryan said Giants might be better at seeing how quickly Darts can pick up things while on the field.
“I think he definitely plays. I think if you’re Brian Daboll and you’re Joe Schoen, it’s right, the path to success that goes on is Jaxson Dart,” Ryan said at the CBS pre -show. “The future of this organization is Jaxson Dart. I think the sooner you find out what you have, the sooner you let him grow, the better you are.”

Giants prepared a package of theater pieces for rookie -quarterback, according to the NFL network. These certain plays are usually held for players who can either be gambling with their feet or with their hands – especially in the case of Tayom Hill a few years ago.
Dart apparently inspired Giants’ fanbase with his performance during the forecast. However, he suggested that he be eager to learn under Wilson’s wings.
“Russ has completely served (the start) role and he has played fantastic, played elite,” Dart said at the end of the forecast. “So for me I just want to be the best teammate and I just want this team to win. Whatever my role is that it should happen, I will do it to the best of my ability.”

Darts will be backup for Wilson for Sunday’s games.
