- New Google Nest Cams and Nest Doorbells have started to appear in stores as well as in the Google Home app
- It is likely that these will be the next line of Nest -Units announced at Google’s upcoming event taking place on October 1
- There has been no sign of a new nest smart speaker, so it is likely this will not be revealed before the event
It’s been a while since Google upgraded its selection of home security cameras and video door (4 years to be accurate), but its new Nest camera and Nest Doorbell models unexpectedly appear in the stores -despite being tipped for a 1 October launch.
Three new devices have been viewed by a user on Reddit (see below) who came across Google’s new Smart Home products in a Home Depot store. This included Nest Cam Outdoor, Nest Cam Indoor and Nest Doorbell in two different colors.

Although there seems to be no major design upgrade with the new series, the packaging suggests that one of the biggest upgrades will be the addition of 2K video resolution, but Landmark upgrade will be Nest Cam and Nest Doorbell’s integration with Google Gemini.
As for pricing, we do not know which price range the next nest -cam and doorbells that fall in, but it is unlikely that the price tags shown in the Reddit post above refer to the new devices according to 9to5Google. But as well as the new Home Depot stock, these new devices are also leaked in the Google Home app.
Android Authority discovered mentions of the new Nest products in the latest version of the app, which adds our assurance that they will be revealed by Google’s hardware event on October 1st. In the images below, the new generation of Nest -Cams has found in the installation process as well as mentions of the new Nest -Drox clocks -but there has been no view of a new smart speaker.
One of the devices that is expected to make a magnificent performance on October 1st, the new Google Smart speaker has not been renewed since Google Nest -Sound came on stage by 2020. Although the next generation of Google Smart speakers has not been seen in stores with its new Nest -Family members, Google teased it very briefly during its Google in August, to all Google -Home -Products.
Google has teased its new Smart Home era since it started phasing out Google Assistant on smart screens and speakers. In addition to the message of Gemini for the home – which will be available to users of early access on the launch day – we are pretty sure we will finally get new Nest Hardware. Therefore, we are looking for more messages or leaks as we get closer to the launch date.
