- Pixel 10 could cost the same as Pixel 9, according to a new leak
- Pre -Guide is tilted to open right away
- These new units will be revealed on August 20
We see lots of leaks and rumors during the official disclosure of the Google Pixel 10 Series, which will happen on Wednesday, August 20th. The latest leaks to reach us cover pricing and accessibility on sales, and that’s good news in both cases.
First up, Android headlines have apparently got hold of some internal information on pricing. From these figures, the starting prices will apparently be $ 799 (Pixel 10), $ 999 (Pixel 10 Pro), $ 1,199 (Pixel 10 Pro XL) and $ 1,799 (Pixel 10 Pro Fold).
These are the same as we saw for Google Pixel 9 phones, except for the Pixel 10 Pro XL – but it seems that the cheapest version of that phone has 256 GB of storage this year rather than 128 GB, which means it matches Google Pixel 9 Pro XL.
In other regions, it will mean that Pixel 10 is likely to cost £ 799 / AU $ 1,349, while Pixel 10 Pro would put you back £ 999 / AU $ 1,699. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold Meanwhile, Meanwhile will again cost £ 1,799 / AU $ 2,699.
We heard a few weeks ago that pixel prices would remain the same, but we only had prices in euros. A previous leak from April suggested that some models could cost more or less, but this latest information points on price freezer everywhere.
When can you buy one?
With a Google Event in the Calendar for August, Google has already given us a glimpse of one of the phones we can expect to see – but it has not revealed when these handsets will actually be available to buy.
According to a source speaking to Gsmarena, the Pixel 10 phones will be available for pre -ordering on the same day, August 20. However, there may be some variation between the different models, which was the case last year.
Other recent rumors have suggested that the Pixel 10 Series will be the first set of Android phones to introduce Magsafe-style wireless charging, while we have also seen several unofficial reproductions suggesting design of these devices.
It’s not just the Pixel 10 phones we expect to look at on August 20th event. It looks very likely that we will also get Google Pixel Watch 4 and Google Pixel Buds 2A – and of course we will cover the event live.
